Summary:

TATU 2-component cold plastic adopts DEGAROUTE active methacrylic resin as binder, using imported rutile titanium dioxide (white) or coated chrome yellow (yellow) as pigment, using high quality filler and imported addition as auxiliary material and using imported hardener as promot agent. It adopts fully automatic production lines strictly according to European technology, which is a kind of new generation high performance high build marking material. No heating is necessary when using it in construction. Mix and centrifuge the binder and hardener in proportion on the pavement to form irregular dot marking line after chemical crosslinking reaction.

Application:

Available for long-acting marking line on asphalt or concrete pavement. Primer is necessary for some concrete surface.

Feature:
1. Antiskid: the marking line is formed by irregular dots, wheel makes noise and vibration when touching the line to warn the driver effectively. Moreover, it has the function for braking anti-skid;
2. Reflect at rainy night: structure marking line combines glass beads, and the salient dots have good reflective effect even in rainy day with ponding on the pavement, which promise driving safety at rainy night.
3. Strong adhesion: chemical crosslinking action makes combination for marking line and pavement, not easy to peel off;
4. Good wear resistance: strong film and network structure formed by polymerization reaction has very good wear resistance. 
5. Color: white, yellow
